Actress Kangana Ranaut has entered into a full “Manikarnika mode" as she knocks down on the ruling Shiva Sena. She had also slammed the Mumbai police for their laid-back approach of handling the actor SSR’s death case. The comments snowballed into words of war with the government. Kangana had tagged the report in her tweet where Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut openly threatened and asked her not to return to Mumbai. She was then staying in her hometown in Himachal Pradesh. In an interview called Kangana "Haaramkhor Ladki, " Sanjay Raut hit back at her," for her unhinged statements. Reacting to the same, she posted her concern for his disrespectful remarks. Many contemporaries had come out in Kangana's support, including actress Dia Mirza. She asserted that Sanjay Raut must "apologize for using such language." Kangana made an announcement on her homecoming (arriving at Mumbai) on September 9. Owing to the ongoing verbal clashes, the Home Ministry decided to provide Y-Plus category security to her. Ten armed commandos were assigned round-the-clock. The report said the Y-Plus cover had been given based on a “threat assessment.” She had extended a vote of thanks to the Home Minister Amit Shah. Deeming that the office has several illegal portions, they issued a “stop work notice” and asked her to respond within 24 hours. However, on September 9, the BMC carried out a demolition drive. The civic body broke the locks, entered into premises, and partially bulldozed the building's parts. The actress filed a petition. Later on, the Bombay High Court ordered an interim stay on demolition. Reminiscing about the inauguration day, she revealed that she would keep the office as it is, as she could not afford to rebuild it. The whole incident sparked fury. Kangana voiced her rage in a series of tweets, terming it "death of the democracy." While condemning Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray in a video clip, she said, “My home was demolished today, your ego will be destroyed tomorrow.
