Sushmita Bose from Lucknow, recalls the part of her when she met Sushant Singh Rajput. She shared her experience as, We had our HR conclave of Eaton in June 2018 in Westin Pune. It was a two day HR webinar. On day two, we were having breakfast in the outside verandah where this man with messy hair was coming towards us, and we were busy with our delicious food. He approached us and started enquiring about a way to exit from a friend. We were not able to recognize him, and then he told us that his name is Sushant, and then it clicked us. Sushant Singh Rajput fixed his messy hair because everyone started taking pictures with him. I had my breakfast plate in my hand and managed to click a pic of him. He was so humble and down to earth. He told us he had some projects here and was leaving the same day itself and then bid us bye. He did not show off his status as a celebrity. Sushant Singh Rajput had a very casual and regular attitude like all of us. This is such unbelievable news when you share such a close encounter with a celebrity, and a gem of a person is no more. RIP to Sushant Singh Rajput. He will always be present in our hearts.” With a smile always on his face, Sushant Singh Rajput made a special place in people’s hearts, irrespective of where he performed. I remember how my Nana was impressed by Sushant Singh Rajput. He claims that he predicted that Shahrukh khan will make it big and is worth acting in films after watching him on Television. He felt the same for Sushant Singh Rajput after watching him on TV. Though my Nana has no ties from Bihar, he proudly said, Sushant Singh Rajput is from Bihar. He was proud of Sushant Singh Rajput for no personal reason. Now, that he heard of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, he called and enquired the name of his film with grief I could sense in his voice. I can’t imagine what Sushant Singh Rajput’s father must be going through right now. Only time will tell what more 2020 has in its box for us.
